Position: Customer Closer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a customer closer. This is an excellent opportunity for those with exceptional communication skills and a passion for Sales and Customer Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective customers to confirm and close orders.
  • Handle objections professionally and convincingly.
  • Build strong rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure proper documentation of call activities.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills (verbal and written).
    •Confidence, energy, and a positive attitude.
    •Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
    •Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
    •A good command of English and at least one local language is a plus.
    •Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not compulsory).
    •Must be able to work from our Uyo office.
