Position: Customer Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Call Representative in Addis Ababa. This is an excellent opportunity for those with exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide clear, accurate information to customers in both English and Amharic.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Amharic is essential.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
